Terms and Conditions 
Booking and Payment

An invoice will be sent with an electronic payment attached for your convenience. 

There is a minimum of $100 for all bookings under a 20km radius from Schofields. And a minimum of $200 for all bookings over the 20km radius. 
 
For group booking, a $100.00 deposit is required to secure your booking.
For individual pamper packages, a $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
*Deposit is non-refundable with cancellations. 

 Mummy & me spa treatments packages are exclusive to mum & daughter | mum & son | dad & daughter | auntie and nice | auntie & nephew | uncle & nice | grandmother & granddaughter | grandfather & daughter.   

Bank transfer of the remaining amount is required 7 days prior to the date of your pamper party. Please note that is up to the hostess to organise all the payments before the party commences. 

We also accept the correct amount of cash on arrival to pamper party or EFTPOS transaction is available. No change given.

If you would like to reschedule your pamper party, a 2-week notice is required before your booking date. 
 
Confirmed numbers of guests/treatments to be given 7 days prior to the booking. Once numbers are received, a schedule of the day will be made. No shows on the day will still be required to pay 
 
Cancellations are accepted and deposits are non-refundable. Re-scheduling of your party is accepted within 14 days prior to your booking date. Re-scheduled bookings will be dependent on availability. 

Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers can be purchased by phone message and email. Full payment is required to validate the voucher. 

Minimum of $50 per voucher. Voucher must be used in one booking. If you would like to book extra services, there are EFTPOS services available. 

You will receive your voucher via email. If you would like the voucher mailed by post, extra charges apply. 

-No refunds on unused gift vouchers.
- No exchange for cash 

If your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, your voucher is no longer valid. 

Pampered & Co are not responsible for gift vouchers which have been stolen or misplaced. It is your responsibility to keep your voucher in a safe place. 

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Services will not be undertaken unless the voucher is presented at the time of the booking.

Before The Day

Our Pamper Parties are flexible to the amount of time you have available and offers a wide price range to choose from. Pamper Party prices are allocated per person per treatment.

If the party is set up outdoors or in a non-residential complex, Pampered and Co reserve the right to inspect and accept the venue prior to the party date. 

Up to Seven days before your Pamper Party, each guest must choose what kind of pampering they’d like to receive from the list provided, which is dependant on the package you choose.  

A form must be completed by you or your guests, and returned to us before the day of your pamper party. This will help us manage our time with each guest and ensure they have their own enjoyable personalised pampering session. 

Guests must disclose any allergies to any products.

 

Pamper and Co are not responsible for any damages to tables, chairs or any other equipment on site. 

On the Day

Please allow 40-50 minutes before and after the start time of the event for setting up and pack down

Please inform all guests that all cash payments need to be exact amount, as we do not carry change for safety reasons

Any guest who does not show or choose to cancel their treatment on the day of the Pamper Party or after confirmation of numbers will still be charged as normal

Adult supervision at children's pamper parties or activities is required at all times.

Health and Safety

Pampered & Co hold public liability insurance and takes the upmost care to ensure the safety of all party guests. We use high quality products and strict hygiene routines.
Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending a party or thereafter.


All allergies, ailments, infestations or viruses of guests or clients, which may affect the party in any way, must be reported prior to the party date. We cannot accept liability for events outside the company’s control to include hazards/ dangers within the home.

Pampered & Co reserve the right to refuse service, cancel or terminate bookings if we believe that the customer is harmful to our therapists interests or the interests of others in the party. 

It is important that all guests inform the therapists at the time of the booking any medical conditions they need to be aware of including:

- Heart conditions

- Cancer

- Allergies

- Pregnancy 

- Current injuries

- Recent surgery 

- Any contagious illnesses 

Parking and Travel Fees

Parking charges will occur if there is no complimentary parking on site.

 

It is up to the hostess to reserve parking for our staff. 

If the party location is at home it is preferable to keep a drive way empty to park our car to make it easier for us to unload and load our equipment and products. 

Our start time may vary slightly from the scheduled booking due to the nature of Sydney traffic conditions. Management will liaise with the hostess to advise of any changes. 

 

Travel : First 60km (incl. return) from Schofields is free. More than 60kms (incl. return)

will incur $.50 charge per km. 

Toll: Toll Fees may occur.
