How to make a Pampered and Co booking?

At Pampered and Co, we offer a variety of packages based on your needs. We have pamper parties for bridal showers, hens nights, Teenage parties, corporate and mother daughter packages. All our packages can be customised to your own personal needs!

The first thing you can do is find the packages that have been designed based on your event type – choose which one suits you based on treatment options, guest numbers and timeframe.

Once you have a package in mind, head to the request booking and fill in your details, package option and details of your event. Details that are crucial to organising your event include:
  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Occasion Type (bridal shower, Teen party, etc.)
  • Number of Guests
  • Preferred Date and Time
  • Any event details that may be important for us
Following this, one of our specialists will contact you regarding your event enquiry, to confirm a date and talk you through your event. Our specialists will take care to ensure you are happy with your pamper party event and help through each stage of planning where necessary. Invitation templates are available to use once your party is confirmed.

Once you are happy with your choice, an invoice will be sent with the details of your party.
You will need to secure your booking with a $100 non-refundable deposit. This ensures:
  • No other pamper parties are booked on the same date/time as yours, as we cannot hold dates without a deposit
  • Our specialists can start preparing for your party, gathering extra therapists or special requests
  • Booking deposits are always non-refundable. However, once paid, it means your booking is 100% confirmed!
  • Deposit will be made into a store credit if you cancel your booking 2-weeks prior to the date. 
  • Deposit is non-refundable if booking is canceled within the 2-week period. 
  • Bookings can be rescheduled to a later date 2-weeks prior to the booked date. 
Your pamper party is now booked and confirmed!

After this, a form will be sent to be filled out to ensure your event runs smoothly and on schedule. You will need to fill details including guest names and the type of treatment they would like to receive, and allergy information if any.

One week before your event, our specialist will check-in to confirm final guest numbers and treatments are locked in. The day schedule is provided to the host with corresponding treatments and times for each guest.

Final payment will need to be made before the day of the event. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, however, we accept cash, Eftpos and  AfterPay.

On the day, please arrive 15 minutes before event start time.

You’re all done! Time to relax and enjoy being pampered at your event. Feel free to take photos or videos – be sure to tag us!
Terms and Conditions

· Details based on the minimum number of guests/treatments allowed.​

· If you would like to cater for a larger group or choose more than 1 treatment per guest, please let us know, we are able to customise any package to suit your needs.​

·If guests would like to purchase more than one treatment for the day, please allow 24hr notice, so we can cater to your pamper party accordingly.

· Numbers of attending Therapists will be determined according to the number of treatments and guests
