At Pampered&Co, we are dedicated to creating a serene, professional, and results-driven environment for every guest. To ensure we deliver the highest standard of care, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our policies below
Deposits and Cancellations
To confirm your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to your treatment. Deposits may be paid in person, over the phone, or online via saved card details. While deposits are non-refundable, they may be transferred to a friend or family member, or used for services and products. Refunds are considered only at management’s discretion.
We require 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations and changes. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed entirely, will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee. We send appointment reminders four days in advance to help you plan ahead. Please arrive on time to receive your full treatment experience; if you are running late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and fees may still apply. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that mobile phones are silenced during treatments.
Gift Certificates and Treatment Packages
When Booking with a Gift Voucher
To confirm your appointment using a gift voucher, please provide your voucher code at the time of booking.
If booking online, simply enter your voucher details in the “Notes” section of the form.
Gift certificates are valid for three years from purchase, and treatment packages are valid for twelve months.
Both are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Certificates can be used on any service or product and must be presented at your appointment. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced. If an appointment booked with a gift certificate is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, $50 will be deducted from the certificate value.
Products
We exclusively stock premium products from authorised Australian suppliers. Our professional recommendations are tailored to your individual skin needs to ensure optimal results. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Children in Clinic
We love children, but to ensure their safety and maintain a peaceful environment for our guests, we ask that children do not attend appointments unless supervised by another adult while you receive your treatment.
Promotions and Special Offers
Free LED Light Pass;
Enjoy 1 complimentary LED Light session with this card. Not valid with other promotions. Pampered&Co reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Free Best-Selling Cleanser Card
Receive a complimentary best-selling cleanser with the purchase of 3 or more full-priced skincare products. Internal health products and devices are excluded. Not valid with other offers or exchanges.
Refer a Friend Card
Available for new clients only. Present the card at checkout to redeem. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
Birthday Gift
Celebrate with us! A booking deposit is required for all birthday treatments. Vouchers must be redeemed within 4 weeks of receiving your email, presented at checkout, and used on treatments only. Not valid with other offers.
Promotional Vouchers
All promotional vouchers require a minimum spend of $200, must be used within 3 months, and are valid for a single treatment only. They cannot be applied to product purchases or combined with other offers.
New Client Offer
Available exclusively to new clients, this offer is valid on any Pampered&Co treatment with a minimum spend of $100. Cannot be used for retail products or combined with other offers or gift card. The offer must be presented at checkout.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected for bookings, purchases or consultations is kept strictly confidential and used only to deliver our services and updates relevant to your experience. We never share or sell your information to third parties, except as required by law, and all data is securely stored in line with Australian privacy regulations. By using our services, you consent to this policy.
Shipping Policy
For online and phone orders, we ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Orders are processed within two to three business days, with shipping times varying by location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free shipping may be offered during select promotions. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched. While we ensure all items are packaged securely, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items; claims must be made within seven days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement.
